what is the 同一主题只限发一帖！请重新阅读版规！

what it mean i try to translate this sentense in google translater but i don't understand.Some one can explain about this reason to me.Thank you.

同一主题只限发一帖！--->You only can post 1 thread per title.Example,if u post a thread about BT,that means you only can post 1 thread about BT.

you mean i can post picture in newbie picture post forum only one time in my life?

NO! Somebody post the same pictures before you. In the newbies section, theres 2 set of same pictures in the same section.
You can post as many as you want, but you gotto be the first and only 1 who posted it. use forum search function to check before you post anything.
