3.热锅滑油后,放入豌豆泥煸炒,逐渐加糖,炒至稠浓能堆起时,加琼脂水炒匀,倒入垫有保鲜膜的盘内,刮平盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱,冷藏定型。食用时切成小块即可。
