材料:牛腩1000克,生姜,豆瓣酱,辣椒丝,花椒粒,桂皮,三萘,草果,干桔皮丝,酱油,盐,鸡精

然后倒入牛肉清汤,及盘子里的配料,加入少许盐及酱油(一次不能放太多,太咸了就不好了),再倒入高压锅中压40分钟就好了(你可以用小火炖至肉烂,不过比较费时)

出锅前再调入鸡精,尝下咸淡,再适量加些酱油,好了,香喷喷的红烧牛腩做好了,我喜欢加多点牛肉汤,这样又可以做牛腩面,牛腩米粉了,试试吧!
