鲜鲍生吃

[color=#404040]昨天买了些活鲍鱼，分成三份，准备做三种不同口味的菜式。以前都是用来炖鸡汤，熬鲍鱼粥，或做酱爆。今天尝试生吃，果然是鲜美无比，口感嫩脆。趁机喝了点清酒，很满足！
做法 ：鲍鱼去肠，洗净，切薄片。放入冰箱一小时后食用更是清脆。沾料用的是辣海鲜酱；芥末酱油也很适合。
