青椒肉丝

猪肉(鸡、鸭、鹅肉均可)四两切细丝后用一大匙豆瓣、老抽一匙、淀粉一大匙、白糖一咖啡匙加一汤匙水抓匀码味,青尖椒二两对剖后去籽切丝,怕辣的人可用一小咖啡匙盐将椒丝拌匀腌着。0_K[o*A

1、锅置旺火上烧很热后放油,烧到三、四分热后放约二十粒干花椒炸一下,倒入肉丝炒七分熟后捞至锅边,再倒入青椒和姜丝,加适量盐(如果椒丝是用盐腌过的就不用再放盐了)炒约半分钟,把肉丝铲到椒丝上约十秒钟后加适量味精炒匀。3~{zlh J
