用压力锅。花肉加老抽生抽冰糖花椒姜片和适量水,煮滚加阀,我家压力锅压力不强,压15分钟(不宜压太软烂!),减压后开盖加苦瓜大火煮到苦瓜熟(喜欢苦瓜软烂的煮长点时间否则煮熟即可),加青蒜煮至熟透。 b6Ju-B]&r
