糟辣椒肉沫豆腐
材料.糟辣椒,豆腐.肉沫.小葱.食用油.姜蒜.

豆腐.先用盐水泡一下

再切片放入盘中.开中火蒸十五分钟后取出倒掉盘子里的气水.(其实豆腐已经是熟的,在乡下时就没有这一步,现在是市场买来的,蒸一下放心)`a;?0AD"p
