[font=Tahoma]一点心得体会:之前看海绵宝宝的帖子说是要将奶糕冷却,开始我以为是放在冰箱冷藏室里,可是过好久只是稍有点硬,但还远远不够能结实到用筷子夹住蘸糊的程度,于是转至冷冻室里!后来想想本就应该是放在冷冻室的,要使奶糕表层冻住才可以蘸糊下锅,但也不能完全冻结实了,否则脆浆炸糊了里面还冰着呢[/font]
