自制老豆腐
北方街头早点常见的老豆腐,也叫豆腐脑,看了就不卫生,在这里我介绍在家自己做的老豆腐,希望大家喜欢.zPGP]

1.内脂豆腐取出后切成大块,汤锅中的水烧开放入3克盐,然后放入豆腐焯烫约15秒钟,然后关火暂时不用取出豆腐。干木耳和黄花提前用温水泡发备用;

2.锅中加入少许油烧到4成热,然后放入木耳和黄花炒出香味,然后倒入泡木耳和黄花的水,注意要沥去底部的沙子;
