一、 先将仔鸡洗净,并切成块状备用;

二、 烧半锅净水,水中加入少许姜片,等水开后,将鸡块全部放入锅中进行焯水,以去掉鸡肉的腥味及血水,水开后2分钟即可捞出备用;

注:很多朋友可以根据自己的口味喜好而改用料酒去除鸡肉中的腥味,但加入料酒的时间应是在水开后,加入鸡块后,再加入料酒与鸡块一起煮2 分钟后即可捞出鸡块。/b-q yn`Xr%u
