我的IP有时候被禁 有时候又能上了

我有时候上SIS会出现 “对不起，您的 IP 地址不在被允许的范围内，或您的账号被禁用，无法访问本论坛”这样的提示 过了一段时间又可以上了 请问是怎么一回事情

3楼所说的那些地址我一个都进不去！
全部都是404！

楼主你是IP段被封掉了~
用代理上或者改IP地址试试吧
