鸡蛋5个,黑咖啡一点点,要放凉了用.whipping cream 1&1/2 cup.Mascappone Cheese 500g,Disaronno 20ml(意大利的杏仁酒,我看电视里那些做意大利甜品的特喜欢放这个),coco powder一点点,装饰用.lady finger饼干.还有Icing sugar,忘记照了.b |)@Jj#g q {

先把蛋黄、酒、糖粉混合,用打蛋器把混合液打到颜色由金黄色变浅,成为淡奶白色IH+u8_;Q

再把 Mascoppone Cheese 搅进去,蛋白硬泡和前面的蛋黄+Cheese的混合物搅拌到一起,注意要轻轻的搅拌,不要搅拌过头把好不容易打发的蛋白泡泡给搅瘪了

先铺一层,然后抹一半刚才调好的馅,然后再铺一层饼干,把剩下的馅都放进去.我故意买成9寸的模子,是想如果不够上面多加一层CREAM,其实这个量8寸就行了.

打CREAM,我里面放了点酒和VANILA EXTRA.大概打15分钟.
