配料:葱,姜.那个姜丝大家表以为是坏的哈,那是皮,俺没削.因为带皮的姜属凉性,削皮就属热性.现在正是干燥的季节,所以俺就不削皮.

然后调汁.需要用到酱油,盐,味精,鸡精,老抽,花椒粉或是花椒粒,五香粉,料酒,糖,再把切好的葱与姜丝放入,调匀.

鸡翅放进去腌制一小时左右.记住,中间一定要翻一翻,让鸡翅腌制的均匀些iNb9BU.F

然后再将腌好的鸡翅连汁料一起放入蒸锅蒸半小时左右.

鸡翅蒸好后从料汁中捞出,控干水份1P

鸡翅看看差不多表面凉了,水份也没了,就可开炸.锅里放的油够炸这些鸡翅就可以了.锅要热,油温要低.注意,那个鸡翅表面的水份一定要控干了,要不一会开炸有水的话,就要小心了,会嘣到自已的.Y8I0M{ @3YkS2s3e:|
