溜肥肠

做法:饭店一般都要过油,最后勾芡的,偶呢,喜欢偷懒,而且油锅,那个,有些怕怕哈~~~~~~ qeW$qT|I!w
(1)起锅上油至7-8成热时放入姜丝,洋葱PP焙出香味,滴些酱油,继续焙;

(2)放肥肠,青椒,大火翻炒,略放糖,盐至青椒断生即可。偶不喜欢勾芡,主要是勾的不好,一旦过厚了就粘粘糊糊,不够清爽,反而画蛇添足哈~~~9t{3K`9l(^;@_O
