这菜不错，食材简单，制作不难，就是不知道味道咋样。还是谢谢楼主分享，又会一道菜了。

白菜豆腐说起来容易，做起来很难，关键好豆腐不容买到。

美食帖中多是美味的好菜品，可惜这个了，我是没看出来哪里好了，无论是色泽还是品相，都狠差

想把白菜豆腐做好了不容易，学来试试，估计要尝试一番，都是不易入味的菜

很简单的菜  最的好会很好吃  考厨师功底的菜

豆腐先煎一下可以增加嚼劲，不过用油煎的话最好放点盐，不然味道进不去口感就太清淡了，因为后面不能煮太长时间，不然白菜就烂掉了

这道菜味道很不错 我也常做 只不过做法略有不同 我是先把豆腐块挂糊过遍油再炒

豆腐焯水放点盐比较好，最后不要用油炸豆腐，要先放白菜后放豆腐，保持豆腐的嫩滑爽口。

自己做的时候，一贯都是五花肉切片，先下锅煸一下，然后下入豆腐跟着煎。之后就是下白菜倒满水开始煮。放少许盐和味精。
最后吃的时候，如果味道清淡，可以适当导入火锅蘸料。每次都很下饭。

这个蔡是比较简单，最主要的是豆腐要用谁焯一下。

葱姜是必须的,咸的话加两片土豆或者蕃苆,配成汤也非常美观大方可人
