照烧鸡排
做法:

去骨鸡腿肉一块,用竹签在肉厚处扎几个洞,然后在涂过油的平底锅内,用小火慢慢将两面煎上色,并且表皮香脆,然后用厨房用纸吸去锅内煎出来的油,倒入料理酒,盖上锅盖稍稍焖一下,然后打开锅盖,见料理酒快要蒸发掉时,倒入用料理酒,砂糖,味琳,酱油调成的汁。用中火慢慢烧上色即可-b~'H^~.Vj
