蘿蔔焖羊肉
材料:白蘿蔔1個,紅蘿蔔2個,羊肉 q:\1Z W"]"m@
配料:十三香,醬油,糖,料酒 C@3]2D

1.蘿蔔切塊,在鍋裏加油,放入蘿蔔翻炒片刻撈起.

2.羊肉加姜片在沸水中焯水斷生,撈起. 8t-^`"P1X`'{N
3.蘿蔔羊肉一起放入水中,加十三香、料酒和醬油炖煮半小時.(西蘭花是大王順便丟進去煮一會的)
